"Working with Shut Eye really helped to put The Steel Wheels on the Americana map. Coming into the album "Red Wing" the band was relatively unknown to radio and with the help of Shut Eye the album spent 6 weeks in the AMA Americana Radio Top 20 and has spent 9 weeks (and counting) in the top 40. The amount of fans and exposure to new areas has increased as a result as well as an increase in bookings. As a small independent label release it has been fun to watch Shut Eye help the album climb above and hang with the "major" label releases and show that it is possible. We have no doubt that with a quality album Pete and the folks from Shut Eye can maximize your release and help it to reach it's full potential. In the end it's all about getting your music in front of your fans, both new and old, and that's what Shut Eye does best." --The Steel Wheels

Americana artists and labels utilize our services over and over again because of our dedication to their projects. We never have more than one record a week going for adds at radio because every client deserves our complete attention. We always make sure our clients stay informed of their progress at individual stations and on the charts with professional weekly metrics and reports.

We track our promotions results via the Americana Music Association radio chart, the EuroAmericana chart, 3rd Coast Music Magazine's Freeform American Roots (FAR) chart, the Roots Music Report and its sub-charts, the FOLK DJ Radio Airplay Top 70, and with the individual stations.

Radio Research's study on Americana radio found the demographic profile of the listener to be predominantly male between the ages of 25-44, having 4+ years of college education, making over $40,000 per year, and very active in purchasing cds and attending live concerts.
